Over the weekend the Toronto Transit Commission opened the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, known as Line 5, and Bell has provisioned network connectivity along the route. Bell enabled open access for other carriers so users can connect on multiple networks. The available services include LTE, 5G and 5G+ at most stations, with a small number of exceptions noted by the provider. Line 5 spans 19 km with more than 10 km underground and connects multiple bus and rail services.
