Representatives from the BC Interior Community Foundation and Castanet Kamloops presented a cheque from this year's Christmas Cheer campaign to three Kamloops charities on Feb. 19. The presentation follows a weeks-long fundraising drive held during the 2025 holiday season. The campaign, run by BCICF with newsroom support, has been carried out in various forms since the early 1990s. This is the third year BCICF has run the current annual Christmas Cheer Fund.
