The company has moved to enlarge the 20,000 sq ft West Bute House Commercial Quarters after an exclusive private agreement to acquire 36–37 West Bute Street. The project reunites five terraced plots that were once part of the Britannia Buildings Development and are grade II‑listed. The scheme combines the building's 18th‑century character with a four‑storey integrated workspace and modern amenities.
