The Rainbow Run Cornwall, a family-friendly colour run, returns on Saturday, June 20 at RAF St Mawgan in Newquay. Now in its 12th year, the event raises funds for Children's Hospice South West (CHSW). The 5km flat course is open to people aged five and over and passes through eight colour stations where participants are covered in powder paint. Last year more than 1,500 people took part and the event raised £107,000 for CHSW's Little Harbour hospice.
