- Village noticeboard and recycling: the Long Preston post office covered area serves as a noticeboard, book swap and a recycling point for Craven Wildlife Support Group with allocated boxes for items including printer ink cartridges, stamps, coins and notes, watches and jewellery, mobile phones, tablets and cameras, games consoles, satnavs and MP3 players.
