Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) Fire Cadets took part in community and charitable events across the region in 2025. The group attended 48 events and together contributed a total of 3,031 volunteer hours. The cadet programme is designed to help young people develop confidence, leadership and practical skills while supporting local causes. Volunteer instructors also gave significant additional time to support activities.
