Sitka reports 156.9 metres of 1.00 g/t gold at Rhosgobel, expanding mineralization at RC Gold Project, Yukon
Summary
Sitka Gold released assays from 11 new diamond holes at the Rhosgobel discovery, including DDRCRG-25-027 which returned 156.9 m of 1.00 g/t Au with higher-grade subintervals, and the company reports gold mineralization traced across roughly 1.1 km of strike with additional assays pending.

Sitka Gold announced analytical results from 11 diamond drill holes at the Rhosgobel discovery within its RC Gold Project in the Yukon. The results are part of ongoing work in the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex and follow earlier drilling that first identified the Rhosgobel zone in 2024 and 2025. The company reports that mineralization begins at surface, has been observed to depths over 400 metres, and remains open in all directions. Additional assays from 15 recently completed drill holes are pending.
Key results:
- Hole DDRCRG-25-027 returned 156.9 metres of 1.00 g/t gold, including 94.0 m of 1.41 g/t Au, 38.0 m of 2.03 g/t Au and 2.0 m of 19.30 g/t Au.
- Hole DDRCRG-25-024 returned 146.7 metres of 1.05 g/t Au, including 12.0 m of 3.89 g/t Au and 3.0 m of 8.67 g/t Au; hole DDRCRG-25-019 returned 110.0 m of 1.01 g/t Au within a larger interval of 126.0 m of 0.93 g/t Au from surface.
- Sitka states the mineralized envelope at Rhosgobel expanded by about 400 metres with several holes returning more than 100 gram-metres (g/t*m) of gold.
- Visible gold was reported within sheeted quartz veins across the approximately 1.1 kilometre strike length drilled in 2025, and the company reports the zone remains open in all directions and to depth.
- Tungsten mineralization (mainly scheelite) continues to be observed in drill core; additional tungsten analyses and comparative digestion tests have been submitted for follow-up.
Summary:
The reported drill assays confirm continued gold-bearing, reduced-intrusion related mineralization at Rhosgobel that begins at surface and has been traced along roughly 1.1 km of strike and to depths exceeding 400 metres. Assay results are still pending for 15 recently completed holes, and Sitka has submitted further analytical work to better define tungsten distribution; the company reports the mineralized zone remains open in multiple directions.
