Operations Coordinator Bougainville role for Papua New Guinea

DT Global Asia Pacific is recruiting an Operations Coordinator for its Bougainville office to manage travel, logistics, fleet operations and administrative functions supporting the PNG–Australia Transport Sector Support Program Phase 3, which runs from November 2023 to November 2028.

The PNG–Australia Transport Sector Support Program Phase 3 (TSSP3) is a five-year Australian investment aimed at strengthening PNG's transport system and supporting economic and social development. DT Global Asia Pacific is the implementing partner and is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support the Bougainville team. The role centers on coordinating travel, logistics, fleet operations, general administration and related procurement, and on ensuring compliance with DT Global and DFAT policies. The position also contributes to improving operational systems and providing guidance to both operations and program teams. Key details: - Program goal: a more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system to enable PNG's economic and social development. - Three End of Program Outcomes: better transport system management; improved safety standards and coordination; and expanded, sustainable, affordable transport assets. - Role responsibilities: manage travel, logistics, fleet operations, general administration and associated procurement for the Bougainville office, and support continuous improvement of operational systems. - Cross-cutting program priorities: Gender Equity, Disability Equity and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), social and environmental safeguards, locally led development (LLD), climate change and disaster resilience (CCDR), and MERLA are integrated across activities. - Program timing and reference: TSSP3 runs from November 2023 to November 2028 and the full Terms of Reference are available via the provided link.
