Adorkable Pet Portraits fundraiser returns to support Kitty Kat Haven

Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue in Hoover is once again holding its annual Adorkable Pet Portraits fundraiser. Donors provide an "adorkable" photo of a pet and a rescue center volunteer will draw a portrait based on that image. The portraits are meant to be playful caricatures rather than exact likenesses, and volunteers range from experienced artists to those using simpler materials. Money raised will be used to help pay veterinary bills for the cats and kittens the center assists.
