Tallahassee waives pet adoption fees for Valentine's Day

Tallahassee's Animal Service Center will host a 'Smooches with Pooches' walk-in event on Feb. 14 with all adoption fees waived; adopted pets will leave with vaccinations, a microchip, spay/neuter and a bag of Hill's Science pet food.

The city of Tallahassee will hold a "Smooches with Pooches" adoption event at the Animal Service Center on Valentine's Day.
